It was a game decided by penalty kicks. Georgetown scored first in regulation time and could have been champions if they had converted a penalty later after Stubbs had equalised. So the game ended at 1 goal each and was decided when the Stubbs goal keeper saved a shot on goal.

Church Road takes T20 title at Stubbs

Church Road Connection defeated Victoria Village Future Stars in the finals of the South East Development Inc T20 Cricket Competition at the Stubbs Playing Field on Sunday.

Church Road  Connection batting second easily chased down the modest score of 107 posted by Victoria Village.
The fair crowd witnessed a fairly exciting game that was played in a competitive spirit, and there was much more people in attendance than one usually gets at Arnos Vale.
