Mustique Company National Track and Field Championships

Community Football climaxes with three finals.

The Community football championships climaxed on Sunday with the staging of four finals as the under13, women, under 17 and the senior teams all sought to gain the respective titles.

The first game was the under 13 final and resulted in Layou (in Black) overcoming Central Kingstown 1goal to Nil.

The second game featured the women finals between South Leeward (in black and white) and East Kingstown. South Leeward won by 1 goal to Nil.

 

 

In the under 17 game Barrouallie (in green) defeated South Leeward by 2 goals to 1.

 

 

 

In the final game of the evening The Barrouallie seniors went into overtime to defeat South Leeward by 2 goals to 1.









 



 

 



Secondary Schools teams in action in the National Basketball Tournament

Both male and female Secondary School teams were in action on Sunday. The girls played Calliaqua United in the double header, while the boys came up against Hairoun.
